Ark Knives Custom 10" Farrier's Rasp Slicing Knife
Where Rugged Utility Meets Culinary Precision.
Hand-forged by Ark Knives (Est. 2004), this one-of-a-kind slicing knife is a masterclass in upcycled artistry. Crafted from a high-carbon steel farrier’s rasp, the blade retains the iconic textures of its former life—the aggressive rasp teeth on one side and the cross-hatch file pattern on the other—creating a striking visual that also serves a functional purpose.
The textured surface acts as a natural "Granton edge," creating air pockets between the blade and your food to prevent sticking and ensure effortless, paper-thin slices.
Key Features:
-

-
Premium Ergonomics: Features a deep-toned, polished hardwood handle Wenge Wood secured with classic brass pins for a balanced, comfortable grip.
-
The "Slicer" Profile: With its long, slender 10-inch blade, this is the ultimate tool for carving briskets, slicing roasts, or portioning large fish with a single, clean stroke.
