Shipping policy

1. Order Fulfillment & Production Time

Because each knife is made-to-order, there is a lead time before your item is handed over to the carrier.

  • Production Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your knife to be crafted, sharpened, and inspected.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase. Once your knife is finished and shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic : Typically 3–5 business days via UPS/USPS

  • Expedited Shipping: Email or Message 

3. Age Verification & Legal Restrictions

By purchasing from Ark Knives you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and are legally allowed to possess the item ordered.

  • Local Laws: It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and carriage of knives.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to jurisdictions where specific knife types (e.g., automatic knives, gravity knives) are prohibited. If an order is placed for a restricted area, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries, with some exceptions due to local customs regulations.

  • Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ARK Knives is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  • Customs Seizures: Please ensure knives are legal to import into your country. We are not responsible for items seized or destroyed by customs.

5. Packaging & Safety

For the safety of our carriers and customers, all knives are shipped:

  • In a secure sheath or protective blade guard.

  • Double-wrapped in puncture-resistant materials.

  • In a sturdy, discreet outer box with no external "knife" branding to prevent theft.
